9 to feel fine

9 to feel FINE

1. Antioxidants (ORGANIC)

protects the body from constant oxidative destruction

EAT LOTS OF RAW VEGETABLES AND FRUITS (MOSTLY VEGETABLES)

Organic certified or grow your own (no pesticides or herbicides)

2.   Glyconutrients

Vital part of stem cell repair and cell communication and healing

Main source should be through a glyconutrient rich diet but supplementation may be vital.

3. Vitamins Minerals (ORGANIC)

The basic building blocks for the body to function and heal

Main source should be through a nutrient rich diet but supplementation may be vital.

When buying food, compare nutrients per cost (not weight), your buying health, happiness and longevity

4. Phytosterols

Bio-identical hormone builders that are safer for hormone replacement therapy

Eating lots of veggies will include phytosterols or plant cholesterols. These are the building blocks of your hormonal system.

5. Essential Amino Acids

The building blocks of brain function, muscles and the IMMUNE SYSTEM!

Ditch the meat whenever possible, quinoa (like rice) and tofu are complete in proteins as meat (without all the hormones & antibiotics)

6. Essential Fatty Acids

Omega 3 have benefits for cholesterol and heart disease, the right FAT is great

Think Flax seeds, chia seeds, fatty fish

7. WATER , WATER, WATER

AT LEAST 1/2 your body weight in ounces

Water, reversed osmosis or filtered (if possible), but certainly not water, plus artificial colors, sugar, corn syrup, or phosphorus.

Gatoraid is just cool aid with salt. This is not for kids or for anyone who exercises less than four hours a day in the heat. Fruits and veggies contain electrolytes & water, all the good, none of the bad.

8. Organically Grown Fruits and Vegetables!!!!!

Organically grown fruits and vegetables that are vine-ripened are the best. Try to maximize the amount of these. Great for snacks or meals. Raw is better too. Many nutrients are destroyed with cooking due to the heat.

9. Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes

There are 400 good bacteria that must be in your gut for proper bowel function and prevention of chronic problems.

Think - all diseases, all illness, all health & wellness - it all starts in the gut. Bacteria breaks down your foods and is part of 3/4 of your  immune system.
